Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Grease and line a 30x20 cm tin and set aside.
Place pepitas, chia seeds, apricots (or peaches) and dates into your Thermomix. Chop on speed 6 for 10 seconds.
Add oats, puffed rice, honey and egg whites. Mix "Counter-clockwise operation" on speed 2 for 15 seconds.
Place mixture into prepared tin and press down firmly, ensuring mixture is level. To prevent the mixture from sticking to your hands try coating them in a little oil.
Bake in a 180C oven for 15 mins or until golden on top. Allow to cool and cut into 12 bars. Store in a airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
