  For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

Pre-heat oven to 150 degrees celcius.

Place cornflakes in a large bowl - set aside.

Blitz sugar 6 seconds, speed 10.

Add honey and butter mix 5 minutes, varoma, speed 2.

Pour melted mixture into cornflakes, combine well until all cornflakes are coated.

Fill patty pans with mixture. (Makes 12 large honey joys)

Bake 10 mins 150 degrees celcius.

Allow to cool before serving.

Butter 180 gramsCornflakes 8 cups

Butter 270 grams, Cornflakes 12 cups
