For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- place in bowl:
6 piece weetbix
12 piece medjool dates
2 level teaspoons maple syrup
55 grams desiccated coconut
1 piece lemon zest
2 level tbsp lemon juice - Put on the lid and set
Speed 6, 30 seconds - roll the mix into balls and put in the fridge to set
Place the ingredients in the bowl
