If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Directions for Base
Preheat oven to 180C degrees
Spray a square baking dish with oil or use melted butter
Crush biscuits (30 sec speed 6) add melted butter and sugar mix for a further 30 sec speed 6
Press mixture firmly in baking dish and bake for 8 – 12 minutes
Let cool!
Directions for Filling
Add egg yolk, condensed milk and lemon juice to bowl.
Mix 30 sec speed 4.5
Pour filling over base and bake for 15 minutes
Let cool in pan on rack
Chill at least 1 hour before serving

Sadly the lack of weight required for the crumbs and no size given for the cooking dish, made this a fail for me. Perhaps it could be rewritten please with those details?
