      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Pre-heat oven
  1. Pre-heat your oven to 190-200 degrees celcius
  2. Add flour to mixing bowl
  3. Add cream to mixing bowl
  4. Add milk to mixing bowl
  5. Add salt to mixing bowl
  6. BlendMix for 3 seconds speed 5
  7. Dough modeKnead for 20-30 seconds until dough comes together
  8. On a floured surface, gently roll out and cut into portions
  9. Bake in oven for approx 12 minutes

    Easy and fluffy scones

    I found the mix a bit wet. So I added more flour, they were great.

    I am in the caravan so I could only cook them in the air fryer at 160 degrees for 15 minutes, then 2 on bottom of them.
