If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Beat the butter on speed 4 for about 1 minute or until light and creamy.
Add the icing sugar, vanilla and cocoa and mix on speed 4-5 for about 1 minute or until well mixed. Pour the cream through the lid while mixing on speed 4-5 until the mixture is well mixed and creamy.[/size]

Tip
This recipe is enough for at least 12 cupcakes. I have made a double batch before and it fits in a TM5 bowl but will need more mixing time at each step.
