      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Cake
  1. Add water, sugar, cocoa, bicarb, coffee, and butter

    Turn on 3 min , 80 degrees, speed 2

    Leave it to cool untill under 50 degrees

    Whilst cooling
    Preheat oven to 160 degrees
    Line a 20 cm baking tin with graeseprof paper

    When Cool
    Add eggs, turn on 4 seconds, speed 4

    Add flour and combine 45 seconds, speed 3

    Pour into 20cm lined tin and bake for 35 - 45 minutes depending on oven, or untill skewer comes out clean
