  • 100 grams honey
  • 100 grams rolled oats
  • 100 grams sunflower seeds
  • 80 grams dried cranberries
  • 60 grams pepitas

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees

    2. Heat honey 2mins/100degrees/speed 1/measuring cup off

    3. Add remaining ingredients and combine 5seconds/speed 5/measuring cup on

    4. Pour mixture into a tray lined with baking paper. Press down firmly

    5. Bake for 15mins or until golden brown. Be careful not to overcook these

    6. Allow to cool completeley in the tray, then cut into bite-sized pieces

    7. Store in an airtight container for up to a week and then refrigerate or freeze
