- 2 packages Vanilla wine biscuits
- 250 grams Butter, cubed
- 115 grams sugar
- 35 grams cocoa
- 1 level tsp vanilla essence
- 2 eggs

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1 packet biscuits - 3 sec, spd 5, transfer to large bowl
Repeat with 2nd packet of biscuits.
Crush for longer if you don't like chunks of biscuit in your fudge, however they are good for texture, you may find your fudge is stickier if you crush biscuits fine. - Add butter, sugar, cocoa and vanilla essence - melt 2 1/2 min, 80°C, spd 1.5
- 15 seconds, spd 3.5 - add eggs in through measuring cup hole and let mix
- Pour over crushed biscuits and gently mix.
Press into a slice tin and chill in fridge until set.
Ice with chocolate icing if you wish.
