  • 20 grams cacao powder, raw
  • 100 grams Maple syrup

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Rinse and drain black beans in TM basket.
  2. 2. Add black beans into TM jug
  3. 3. Add 60g peanut butter into jug
  4. 4. Add 20g cacao powder into jug
  5. 5. Add 100g maple syrup
  6. 6. Add 100g rolled oats
  7. 7. Closed lid"Closed lid" for 5 seconds, speed 10
  8. 8. Scrape down the sides
  9. 9. Closed lid"Closed lid" for 5 seconds speed 10
  10. 10. Press mixture into silicone individual bar trays or roll into balls. Can add melted dark chocolate to top
  11. 11. Lay silicone trays flat in freezer for 12 minutes.
  12. 12. Pop bars out of silicone trays and store in freezer in airproof containers for up to 3 months.

Tip

Last for months frozen in an airtight container. Great for school lunches!

    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
