Nutty Cranberry Granola

Nutty Cranberry Granola

  • 55 grams coconut oil, or oil of choice
  • 60 grams Maple Syrup, pure
  • 120 grams walnuts
  • 120 grams pecan nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, sea, fine
  • 50 grams coconut, shredded
  • 60 grams dried cranberries
  • 60 grams sultanas
  • 2 heaped tablespoons chia seeds
  • 200 grams rolled oats
  • 50 grams Pepita Seeds
  • 60 grams sunflower seeds

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven 160 deg.
    2. Place nuts into bowl. Place on lid with MC. Turbo 0.5 sec. More if you want them finer.
    3. Remove to small bowl.
    4. Add coconut oil and maple syrup, 40sec. temp 100 Counter-clockwise operation sp 1
    5. Add rest of ingredients 6 secs. Counter-clockwise operation spd 4
    6. Line tray with thermomat or baking paper.
    7. Spread mixture evenly over tray.
    8. Bake 10 mins, gently stir on tray.
    9. Bake for further 12 mins until golden brown.
    10. Cool completely on tray without mixing.
    11.Break into pieces and store in airtight storage container/jar.
