Ingredients

cream cheese frosting

  • 250 grams Cream Cheese (1pkt)
  • 160 grams unsalted butter
  • 300 grams icing sugar
  • 1 --- fresh orange, juice and zest
  • 1 level tsp orange essence

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to bowl and mix sp 5 for 30 secs or until smooth. Alternatively use 37 degree button while mixing on speed 5 also keeping an eye on mixture as to not heat it too much.


     


    To pipe you may need to refrigerate before using.

Tip

This is enough to ice a 30cm cake or 24 cupcakes. Refrigerate before piping, can be coloured.
