- 400 grams Peach, de-seeded and halved
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
- 50 grams Coconut sugar
Crumble
- 80 grams raw almonds
- 30 grams raw cashews
- 80 grams gluten free flour, Sub with coconut flour for Paleo
- 40 grams Desiccated Coconut
- 20 grams Coconut sugar
- Sprinkle of salt, I use Himalayan pink salt
- 60 grams Nuttelex butter, This is dairy free and gluten free

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Peach & Pear:
Place all ingredients into bowl 3 sec sp5. You can cook for 4min 70deg sp1 "Counter-clockwise operation" if you like, for a softer filling, otherwise leave raw and pour into baking dish.
Pre-heat oven 180deg
Crumble:
Place all ingredients into bowl 5sec sp5. Crumble over peach & pear and bake for 25min until crumble is slightly golden.

I used pears and apples which was delicious, I just found there was too much crumble. If I make it again I would halve the crumble topping.
