Ingredients

Pancakes!

  • 2 cups SR flour
  • 400 g buttermilk, or milk (or milk alternative )
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla paste or extract

Recipe's preparation

    Pancakes

  1. Add all ingredients to the bowl. 30 seconds/speed 5. Gradually increase to speed 7 to combine thoroughly. 

  2. Heat a large flat pan. Add a knob of butter to cook. Flip when bubbles appear on top. Serve with preferred condiments. Best eaten fresh!

    A big hit in our house!

    These light and fluffy pancakes went down a treat with my family. I have even halved the recipe for two of us and we both had two perfectly fluffy pancakes each.
    I also love that there’s no sugar in them.Big Smile

    I sprinkle blueberries on the batter after I have poured the mixture in the pan. When you flip the pancake, the blueberries have already set in the pancake batter so the pancake flips easily.
