- 90 g sugar

- 110 g plain flour
- 75 g self-raising flour

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
Put butter and sugar into bowl and mix 10sec sp.5. Scrape down the sides of bowl.
Insert butterfly and cream butter and sugar for 30 secs, sp.4. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat.
Add Passionfruit pulp, plain and SR flour to bowl. Mix 5 secs, sp.5 and scrape down sides of bowl. Repeat.
Ligthly flour bench and roll out biscuit dough to 5mm thick. Cut with a glass or cookie cutter and place on a baking tray or cookie sheet.
Cook for 20-25mins or until golden. Cook longer if you prefer a crispier biscuit.

Nice tasty biscuits, smell devine. Cooked for 25 minutes which was just a little too long for my oven, will reduce to 20 minutes next time. Will definitely make again.
