Great recipe! I made as directed, but added white choc chips and dried cranberries just because we had them in the cupboard. I used high protein peanut butter and added about a third of a cup of hemp seeds because I’m trying to get fibre and protein into picky eaters.

i made smaller cookies (using a teaspoon) and baked for about 7 mins. They were a hit

    These are fantastic!

I left out the raw sugar and vanilla paste and subbed choc chips for sultanas.

Next time I might try subbing sunbutter and tahini for the peanut butter to make them nut free.

Really delicious cookies! For the choc chips, I split half choc chips and half raisins. Used store bought peanut butter and excluded the raw sugar and found they were still sweet enough without it. Great recipe!

Only thinkg was i did find them a bit too sweet and would look to reduce the sugar a bit

Delicious! I used 110gm peanuts instead of peanut butter and worked really well, reduced sugar to 50gm only of brown sugar and they were still sweet enough. Great snack for the kids. Thanks for sharing

    Submitted by Madso on 22. October 2016 - 12:48.

These taste amazing. Great recipe. I replaced the brown and raw sugars with 120grams coconut sugar and it was sweet enough.

The only issue is my biscuits didn't spread out so they were still basically ball shape after they were baked. Are you supposed to flatten them down before baking?

Love them! Have made 3 batches and all delicious. Have some in the oven with almost no peanut butter (ran out) but replaced it by making a cashew and almond butter mix ( put both in before the butter and sugars and did 30s on sp9). Can't wait to try tmrc_emoticons.)
