  • 250 grams cream cheese, Softened and cubed
  • 100 grams Smooth peanut butter
  • 3 level tablespoons raw sugar, Powdered

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place all ingredients into Closed lid
    2. With MC on mix 20 seconds speed 5
    3. Scrape down sides of bowl
    4. With MC on mix a further 5 seconds speed 5

I like to use this frosting on my chocolate magic bean cake!
You can use crunchy peanut butter if preferred, just use Counter-clockwise operation when mixing in steps 2 and 4
