      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    cookies
  1. cream butter and sugar for 2mins/speed4

    scrape down turn to speed 4 and add egg through lid mix 20secs speed 4

    add peanuts and flour and mix for 5-10 secs to combine should be soft dough,i did mix with splatula to ensure nuts mixed right through

    divide evenly on 2 cookie trays and cook at 180 for approx 15mins till golden

    These biscuits are ok but a little bland. Maybe a few choc chips might help. Sadly not a big hit with the kids
