Pear, date and chocolate bread

Ingredients

12 slice(s)

  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 250 g Milk
  • 2 pears
  • 100 g dates
  • 50 g almonds
  • 1 egg
  • 230 g SR flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 75 g brown sugar
  • 20 g sunflower seeds
  • 15 g cocoa

Recipe's preparation

  1. Soak the oats and milk for 30 mins

    Chop dates sp7 10 secs. Set aside

    Chop almonds sp7 5 secs. Set aside

    Peel and core pears. Puree sp5 3 secs

    Add remaining ingredients, including oats/milk mix and reserved almonds and dates.

    Mix sp4 15 secs, scrape down bowl and repeat if neccessary.

    Bake in 180C oven for about 45 mins, or until skewer comes out clean.
