Recipe's preparation
place chocolate and copha into bowl and melt 5min/50degrees/speed 3 stir and melt remaining chocolate 3min/50degrees/speed 3
break peppermint crisp bars into little pieces and combine them with the rice bubbles
pour melted chocolate and combine.
pour into a line baking tray and flatten out.
put into fridge for 2-3 hours to firm
cut into pieces and keep in fridge!
