Ingredients

40 portion(s)

  • 250 g Arrowroot Biscuits
  • 200 g Peppermint Crisp bars in thirds
  • 15 g Cacao
  • 400ml condensed milk, Recipe on Community or 1 tin equiv.
  • Desiccated Coconut, for rolling

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop the biscuits sp8/5sec
    add the peppermint crisp bars and cacao mix sp8/5sec
    add condensed milk and mix sp6/20sec or until well combined. This mixture gets quite tacky, it could only require less time.
    Roll teaspoonfull sized amounts into balls then cover in the coconut.

    Tasty and very easy. I made a half batch of these & the cherry ripe balls. Worked perfectly but next time I would refrigerate the mix before rolling as it gives a nicer finished product.
