Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a square or rectangular cake tin with baking paper.
Place sugar in bowl and mill 4sec speed 9.
Add flour and coconut and mix 5sec speed 3.
Add pineapple and mix 10sec speed 5.
Pour mixture into tin and bake in oven for 40-45minutes.
Cool in tin for 5min then on cake rack. When cool, cut into portions and freeze for easy lunchbox snacks!
