Raspberry Swirl Slice
- 40 grams Butter, Cubed
- 20 grams coconut oil
- 6 pitted dates
- 50 grams coconut flakes
- 55 grams Coconut Flour
- 1 pinch rock salt
- 250 grams yoghurt
- 25 grams Coconut Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
- 1 egg
- 120g frozen raspberries

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add dates - 10 sec Speed 7
- Add coconut flakes (I used shredded coconut as this is what I had), coconut flour and salt - 5 sec Speed 5
- Put into slice dish & press evenly into dish including up the sides 1-2 cm
- Add yoghurt, coconut flour, vailla bean paste and egg - 5 sec Speed 5
- scrape down the sides
- Add frozen raspberries - 10 sec Speed 0.5
- Pour onto the base
Place in 200degree pre-heated oven for 10-15 minutes, until lightly brown and set in the middle
Allow to cool, then place into fridge to help set further.
Cut into 10 squares then store back in fridge
