Reggie’s Lemon Buttercream Icing

  • 250 g Butter, room temperature
  • 620 g icing sugar
  • 50 g lemon juice
  • grated lemon zest, to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to TM bowl.

    Blend 15 sec / speed 6

    Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat 2 or 3 times until your desired consistency.

This amount will ice at least 30 cupcakes.
