  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 130 g almonds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg, ground
  • 1/4 tsp Cloves, ground
  • 170 g mixed dried fruit
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut (optional)

Recipe's preparation

    Balls

  1. Add chocolate in large pieces.

    10 seconds / speed 5

    Add cocoa and almonds.

    15 seconds / speed 5

    Add spices, mixed fruit and honey.

    20-30 seconds / speed 6

    Roll into balls and then flatten each side slightly for a cube-like Reindeer Poop effect. Roll half mixture in coconut (optional).

Tip

If preparing on a particularly warm day, refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes prior to rolling.

Store in the fridge.
