Rice Bubble Slice

  • 220 g sugar
  • 335 g golden syrup
  • 275 g Peanut Butter
  • 6 Rice Bubbles®, (Cups)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place sugar and syrup in Closed lid. Mix together 30 sec, Sp2.

    Cook 10 Minutes, Varoma, Sp 1.5 with MC off.

    While cooking sugar & syrup, measure the Rice Bubbles into a large bowl.

    Prepare a large slice tray (or use a Tupperware Cold Cut Keeper to put slice into which is what I use and also store it in).

    Add peanut butter to sugar mix, mix 30 sec, Sp 2 with MC on.

    Stir mixture into Rice Bubbles and tip into slice container, pressing in fairly firmly with back of a dessert spoon.

    Allow to cool and remove to a chopping board to slice into serving size pieces.

Tip

This is a very sweet recipe and may be eaten plain or drizzled with small amount of melted chocolate when cold.
