      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add softened butter, icing sugar and milk to TM5 bowl. Mix on speed 3.5 for 30 seconds.
  2. Add cooled melted dark chocolate to bowl. Mix on speed 3.5 for 30 seconds.
  3. Using a spatular, scrape down sides of bowl and around blades to make sure chocolate is completely incorporated. Mix for a further 30 seconds on speed 3.5.

Tip

This amount of icing is enough for about 24 regular sized cupcakes.

The cupcakes in the photo I piped with a 1M Wilton tip.
