If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Preheat over to 180 fan forced
2. Add strawberries, chocolate and vanilla essence. Blits 10 seconds / speed 8.
3. Add flour, oil, milk, sugar, and egg. Mix 30 seconds / speed 4.
4. Place 12 patty pans in tray. Spoon 1 1/2 heaped tablespoons into each. Patty pans should be about 1/2 full.
5. Place in over to cook for 20 minutes, or until knife comes out clean
6. Leave muffins to cool in tray for 5 minutes before removing and placing on cooling rack.

Tip
I use frozen strawberries because fresh ones would turn to mush when blitzed.
I use 70% dark baking chocolate because I'm also lactose intolerant. You can use any chocolate that you like however
