  • 100 grams Butter, melted
  • 180 grams Almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Rice malt syrup
  • 80 grams Natvia
  • 250 grams S.R flour
  • 120 grams blueberries

Recipe's preparation

  1. preheat oven 180 prepare muffin tin,
  2. add all ingredients to the bowl except flour and berries, mix 10 sec/speed 4
  3. add flour and berries (berries can be stirred into finished muffin batter if wanting the muffins to be white not purple) mix 20sec/speed 4
  4. spoon mixture into muffin tin back for approx 15 minutes

Tip

can chop and stir berries through the muffin mixture, rather than adding with the flour
