For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
Line a tray with baking paper.
1. Add the cake mix, oil and egg to the "Closed lid" and blend 15secs/sp4, until clumps form.
2. Form into tspn sized balls and press the (optional) M n M's gently onto the top of the cookies. Or leave them plain..or top with sprinkles!
3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
4. Cool on tray for 10 minutes before cooling on a wire rack.
