Ingredients

Toasted Granola

  • 100 g almonds
  • 50 g Cashews
  • 300 grams rolled oats
  • 7 portions medjool dates, cut into pieces
  • 7 portions Apricot, cut into pieces
  • 25 g Chai Seeds
  • 50 g sultanas

syrup mixture

  • 100 g Honey / Rice malt Syurp
  • 20 g coconut oil

Recipe's preparation

  1. pre-heat oven to 180 degrees
    line a 30cm tray with baking paper
    1. add almonds and cashews chop for 4 seconds on speed 7
    2. scrape down sides
    3. add oats, dates, almonds, chai seeds and sultanas and mix on reverse for 20 seconds on speed 3
    4. put onto baking tray
    5. add honey / rice malt syrup & cocnut oil and heat on 60/1 minutes/ speed 3
    6. pour the syrup onto the mixture on the tray and mix with the spatula.
    7. bake in the oven for 30 minutes, stirring the mixture every 5 minutes.
    8. allow to completely cool, place in airtight container
