Traditional Brownie

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 175 g unsalted butter
  • 325 g caster sugar
  • 150 g plain flour
  • 3 eggs

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
    Line rectangle slice pan with baking paper.
    Chop Chocolate 5 sec/speed 7.
    Add butter 3 mins/65degrees/speed 3 (or until melted). Scrape down sides.
    Add sugar 3 sec/speed 3.
    Scrape down sides.
    Add flour 20 sec/speed 3.
    Scrape down sides.
    Add eggs one at at time 20sec/speed 3 after each egg scrape down sides.
    Bake for 35 to 40 mins.
