If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180C and line a 20cm springform cake tin.
- Add all lemon curd ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and cook for 5 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 4.
- Remove from bowl and set aside to cool.
- Without washing the bowl, place all cake batter ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and mix for 10 seconds, speed 5.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat twice.
- With wet hands, press half of the cake batter into the cake tin.
- Spread the cooled lemon curd over the cake batter.
- Roll the remaining cake batter into balls and arrange on top of the lemon curd.
- Bake in pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve warm with cream or icecream.
- Enjoy!

Too much cake for me - the original is better I think as lots of lemon curd which of course is the best part! I do double the original recipe and cook in a 22 cm springform tin.
So easy and so good! Made it on a winters day and...
So easy and so good! Made it on a winters day and served it warm with ice cream for dessert. My kids love a good dessert and this received a 100/10 from all 4 kids and the hubs. I did reduce the sugar a little, and used raw sugar instead of white as it was what I had. I don't think this negatively impacted on the result as it was awesome
