If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 170°C. Line a 20cm (base measurement) square cake pan with non-stick baking paper.
Chop Almonds 5 secs/ speed 3 add the Pepitas, , Weet-bix, Sultanas, Oats and Flour, combine on Reverse/6 secs/speed 3 put aside.
Place the butter, sugar and honey in bowl for 7 minutes/120 degrees/speed 2 until the mixture is smooth and the sugar has dissolved.
Add dry mixture and combine on Reverse /20 sec/speed 6 scrape down the bowl & repeat until consistent mix.
Spoon the mixture into the lined pan and use the back of a spoon to smooth the surface. Bake in oven for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden. Set aside in the pan for 30 minutes to cool completely.
Cut into slices to serve.
