White Choc & Cherry Cookies

Ingredients

  • 125 g Butter, Softened
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 100 g raw sugar
  • 285 g Self Raising Flour
  • 1 package Glacé cherries (red)
  • 150 g White Choc Chips
  • 1 egg

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees


    Place softened butter and sugar in bowl, cream for 30 seconds, speed 4


    Add flour and egg, 30 seconds speed 3


    Add cherry and choc chips, 20 seconds speed 3, 20 seconds speed 4


    Roll into small balls and place on baking tray with paper


    Baked until cooked- I like mine gooey in the middle which took about 15 minutes
