Ingredients

  • 75 grams white chocolate melts
  • 220 grams castor sugar
  • 125 grams Butter
  • 125 grams Milk
  • 75 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 75 grams plain flour
  • 1 egg

Recipe's preparation

    preparation of cupcakes
  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees celcius (150 degrees fan forced) .

     

    Melt white chocolate melts, sugar, butter and milk for 4 minutes at 80 degrees speed 4, or until butter is melted and ingredients are combined.

    Let rest for 10 minutes.

  2. Add flours and egg and mix on speed 4 for 30 seconds, or until combined, scraping down the bowl as necessary.

  3. Line 10 holes of a 1/2 cup muffin tray, then pour 1/4 cup of mix into each of those holes.

  4. bake cupcakes for 30 minutes at 170 degrees celcius (or 150 degrees celcius fan forced).

     Let rest for 5 minutes then remove from tray and place on wire rack to cool.

Tip

These can be inced with a white chocolate ganache, but they are really delicious on their own as the top goes quite caramelly

    Mine were a bit of a disaster unfortunately! They taste delicious but they all overflowed and stuck to the pan tmrc_emoticons.( I followed the recipe exactly and put 1/4 cup in each cupcake wrapper but all I can think of is my trays must be smaller...

    Great recipe. I've made these a few times now in a double mix. I love how it pours into the tray easily and I don't have to scrap it out of the jug.
