      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Yummy Banana Bread
  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Prepare your loaf tin and set aside.
    Add 2 ripe bananas to mixing bowl.
    Add 2 tablespoons Stevia or Sweetner of choice.
    1.5 level teaspoons Baking Powder and mix 25 seconds at speed4.
    Add 2 Eggs.
    Add 100grams Butter.
    Add 500grams Wholemeal Self Raising flour.
    Add 96grams of Dark Chocoloate chips and mix for 40 seconds speed 4.
