Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to Thermomix and mix on speed 4 for 20 seconds.


    Coat your chicken or fish with some flour prior to dipping into the batter and shallow fry in desired oil.

    I wanted a change from the old flour milk and flour coating for my fish and this recipe was beautiful. Our flathead fillets were devoured by us and our very lucky dog. Can't wait to try it on something else.
