Ingredients

12 slice(s)

  • 125 g Butter, Roughly chopped
  • 90 g golden syrup
  • 90 g Rolled Oats
  • 60 g Shredded coconut
  • 20 g pumpkin seeds
  • 75 g Self Raising Flour
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 100 g chocolate chips

Recipe's preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 180℃. Lightly grease and line 20cm x 30cm tin with baking paper
    1. Place butter in TM Bowl and chop 5 secs | speed 5
  1. Describe the preparation steps of your recipe

    1. Add Golden Syrup and melt 3 mins | 60℃ | speed 2 until butter has melted
    1. Add remaining ingredients and mix 20 secs | reverse | speed 3
    1. Press into the base of baking tin and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden
    1. Allow to cool completely in the tin before cutting into slices to serve

    Made these this morning for lunch boxes, used chia seeds also, as did not have pumpkin seeds. Really lovely!

    Yum, Yum, Yum, Yum & Yum...thanks for this recipe.  My 3 kids, ranging from 20mths to nearly 5 (and us) loved it.  Just cooked it while we were having dinner ready for school lunch tomorrow.  So quick and easy to make.  I didn't have pumpkin seeds so added 20g of chia seeds instead, also added 75g sultanas.  Will definately be making this on a regular basis.
