Tip

This is a variation of the CADA (fresh museli) from the Every Day Cookbook Ginger & Orange have natural chemicals which fight common colds and help boost immunity. • I love this recipe, thanks

I love this recipe, thanks for the inspiration.

To avoid waking the family EVERY morning, I make 4x the recipe (but only double the citrus). It keeps well in the fridge in a glass bowl, I have managed two weeks.

I use whatever citrus I have available and sometimes add some Olive Leaf Extract. This morning I used grapefruit and served with yoghurt and a sprinkling of chia seeds - delicious!

  • Love this recipe. I had to

    Submitted by jacksmum on 14. September 2014 - 11:16.

Love this recipe. I had to omit the coconut and the orange juice as I didn't have any but I can't imagine how much yummier it will be with them. I served mine with coconut yoghurt (which I bought from the supermarket as I'm too lazy to make my own) and a passion fruit drizzled over the top. Super yummy.
