      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation





          1. Add eggs, bakig powder, flour and creamed corn into thermomix and mix 20secs/2

          2. Scrape down sides

          3. Add frozen corn kernels. Combine 10secs/Reverse/Sp2

          4. Place spoonfulls of mixture into a hot frypan and cook for 2-3mins on each side

          5. If you use gluten free flour and the resulting product is too soft or not holding together. Add a little more gluten free flour, mix through and then try again.
