  • 30 grams Cacao
  • 70 grams desicated cocnut

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Place almonds in bowl + mill for 10 seconds, speed 9

    Add dried figs + chop 3 seconds , speed 5

    Add the rest of ingredients + mix for 20seconds, speed 4 or until ingredients bind together

    Roll into bite size balls + coat in either coconut, cacao or chia seeds

    Refrigerate + store in an airtight container

    Enjoy !

    These were absolutely delicious and so moist, I didn't have figs so used dates and I will definitely be making these again as they were a real hit with the family. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe.
