Ingredients

2 portion(s)

  • 2 Eggs, separated
  • 150 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 150 grams Milk
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Recipe's preparation

  1. Insert butterfly.  Add egg whites to bowl - whip 3 min/speed 3.5.  Scrape into a bowl.  Remove butterfly.

     

  2. Add all other ingredients - mix 20 seconds/speed 4

  3. Reinsert butterfly.  Add egg whites.  Mix 10 seconds/speed 2.  Then mix 10 seconds/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 2. The trick is not to over mix the egg whites - otherwise they'll flatten.

  4. Cook pancakes over medium heat in lightly oiled pan - flip when bubbles appear on surface.

    I was a little unsure if the mixture needed the egg yolks also, although I left them out and they were so yum!
