Fresh Muesli
- Half apple, Cut into quarters
- Half Pear, Cut into quarters
- 10 raw almonds
- 5 dried apricots
- 1 Date or Dried Fig
- 20 grams desicated or fresh coconut
Serving suggestion
- 2 tablespoons Thick Greek Yoghurt, To top (if desired)
Recipe's preparation
Put all ingredients into thermomix bowl and with dial set to "Closed lid" press the turbo button briefly 2 - 3 times until desired consistency is reached

Tip
If you only need 1 serve then keep the extra serve in an airtight container in the fridge - I always make 2 serves and then eat one serve the following day and I haven't had a problem with it staying fresh
