- 1 Pear
- 80 g rolled oats
- 210 g Boiling water
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey
- 260 g Milk
- ground cinnamon

Chop fruit for 5 sec, speed 7. Scrape down sides.
Add oats, boiling water and allow to rest for a minute. Then add sugar and milk. Cook for 12 min at 90°C reverse, speed soft . Serve into individual bowls and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
You can also serve with fresh fruit, banana, or some apple or pear slices dipped in sugar and pan fried in butter.
(If you like your porridge runnier or thicker adjust the liquids.)
