- 200 grams almonds
- 100 grams Macadamia, (or Cashews)
- 50 grams sunflower seeds
- 50 grams pepitas
- 50 grams pecans, (or Walnuts)
- 50 grams dates, chopped into 4 pieces (no seeds)
- 30 grams cranberry, (or Goji)
- 20 grams Shredded coconut, (or any other coconut)

Add everything to your thermomix bowl.
Turbo for 0.5sec 4 to 6 times.
