Herb Salt

Herb Salt

  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1-2 onions
  • 1 bunch parsley, and herbs of choice
  • 1 package mung beans
  • 1-2 nori sheets (optional)
  • 100 grams rock salt
  • 1 corn cob with corn removed
  • 2-3 spring onions

Recipe's preparation

    Herb Salt
  1. Put everthing bar the salt and nori sheets onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cook on a slow heat for  4-6 hrs then allow to cool. You may need to do this a couple of times

  2. Repeat untill dried to your liking

  3. Add to TM bowl with salt and nori sheets. Blitz on 8 for 30-40 seconds or until desired consistancy



This is great to add to anything you want. Add more or less flavours to your own liking.

    thanks for this recipe! I was looking to make another "herb salt" rather than the one you buy at the supermarket - I will make some today and let you know how I go...
