      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill flour if milling (I used half spelt grain), add all dry ingredients and mix for 5 seconds speed 6, add water and oil and mix together on reverse 10 seconds speed 6 or until combined.

Oil 4 trays and spread mixture as thin as you like (consistency of porridge), bake 15 minutes 130 degrees C.

Remove, cut into pieces as desired, put back in the oven and bake for 1 hour or two until the crispness you want is achieved.  fabulous

  • Very tasty and crunchy

Very tasty and crunchy crackers and so easy to make.  I shall never buy crackers again!!!

There seems to be a little mistake in the ingredients list. The last item I am sure is 15 g of oil rather than water, as the oil is mentioned in the preparations of the reicpe.
