If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Mill flour if milling (I used half spelt grain), add all dry ingredients and mix for 5 seconds speed 6, add water and oil and mix together on reverse 10 seconds speed 6 or until combined.
Oil 4 trays and spread mixture as thin as you like (consistency of porridge), bake 15 minutes 130 degrees C.
Remove, cut into pieces as desired, put back in the oven and bake for 1 hour or two until the crispness you want is achieved. fabulous

Very tasty and crunchy crackers and so easy to make. I shall never buy crackers again!!!
There seems to be a little mistake in the ingredients list. The last item I am sure is 15 g of oil rather than water, as the oil is mentioned in the preparations of the reicpe.
