Oat kernel porridge

  • 100 g oat kernels, / oat groats are the same thing
  • 880ml Bio-Dynamic full cream milk, or raw milk
  • pinch sea salt, / oats and salt go together
  • 5 g Rapadura Sugar, to taste
  • 5 g cup organic sultanas, to taste
  • 5 g Butter, made in the Thermomix

Recipe's preparation

    Oat kernel porridge
  1. Method

    place 100 g oat kernels in TM bowl grind 10 seconds speed 10

    add pinch of sea salt

    add 880 ml of milk

    cook 10 min 90 degrees speed 4

    serve with rapadura sugar, butter and sultanas
