  • 1/2 Red apple peeled, cored and quartered
  • oranges, Pulp only
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 3 grapes, De seeded
  • 3 green cardamom seeds
  • 80 grams sugar, About 1/3 of the above weighed ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon Plain Gelatine

Recipe's preparation

    Step 1

  1. Insert the pulp of 2 oranges, the 1/2 Apple and the 3 grapes into the TM bowl and grind on speed 8 for 10 seconds

  2. Add the sugar, gelatine, cardamom seeds and orange zest and cook 12min/100deg/sp2

  3. when done pour into a hot jar. Let cool
